The site was easy enough to figure out without feeling like I was wandering through a digital maze. The search worked just fine, and checkout was clear, which is always a relief. A couple pages did load a bit slowly, so there was a tiny moment of suspense, but nothing too tragic. Overall, ordering seeds was painless.

I ordered from Harris Seeds because I was hoping they’d have a bigger selection of organic and non-GMO seeds. Once I started browsing, though, it felt a lot more limited than I expected. A few listings weren’t super clear either, so I ended up double-checking things more than I wanted to. Shipping was totally fine, no real issue there. I just wish the selection had been better for the type of seeds I was looking for...

The product descriptions really didn’t match what I ended up getting in my order. Kinda frustrating because I was expecting something totally different based on what was listed

There was a little mix-up with my order, so I had to email them a couple of times to get it straightened out. To be fair, they did fix everything in the end, and I do appreciate that. At the same time, it felt slower than it should’ve been, so I was kind of happy with the result but also a bit annoyed by the process. Not a bad experience, but not a great one either.

The seeds arrived okay, so I can’t complain too much, but the packet was a bit bent from the mail. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just one of those things where you’re forced to be patient and hope everything inside is still fine. I do wish the packaging had been a little stronger

The seeds showed up looking really fresh, and they sprouted way better than I expected. I remember opening the package while my coffee was sitting next to me and thinking it weirdly smelled a little like fresh grass. Overall, really happy with how they turned out

It worked in the end, but the checkout felt a little clunky and slower than I expected. Not terrible, just kind of surprising?!

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from Harris Seeds: make sure you look through your seed packets when they arrive. I had a couple that didn’t seem quite right, and one item was missing from my order altogether.
I emailed customer service and it did take a few days to get a response, so don’t expect an instant reply. Once they did get back to me though, they were polite and helpful, and they sent a replacement for one item while refunding the other without turning it into a big ordeal.
Overall, it worked out and I’d probably order from them again, but I’d definitely recommend checking everything as soon as it shows up. Not a terrible experience, just something other buyers should be aware of.

I got a couple packs from Harris Seeds and, yeah, the germination was not great at all. I did the usual stuff, followed the instructions more or less, used fresh soil, kept everything warm, and still only a tiny amount came up.
A few of the seeds even looked kind of old or dried out when I opened the packet, which was disappointing. I expected better for the price, since they weren’t exactly super cheap. Probably won’t order seeds from them again.

It did take one extra message back and forth, but reading between the lines, they seemed to actually want to help and make it right. Overall, solid customer service.

I planted the seeds and was happy to see that most of them came up without any trouble. A few didn’t sprout, but overall the germination was good and I’m pleased with how they started.

When I unpacked them, the roots looked strong too, which made me feel a lot better about getting them planted. The packaging held up well and nothing was crushed or damaged. I put them in the ground that same day, and they seemed to settle in and perk up quickly. Based on this order, I’d definitely buy from Harris Seeds again.

I was kind of expecting to find something to complain about, but the prices seemed fair to me. Nothing felt overpriced, and I didn’t walk away thinking, “Well, that was a bit much.” So yeah, no complaints from me.

I ordered a few packs from Harris Seeds and, shockingly enough, the delivery went exactly how it was supposed to. Got the tracking email quickly, and the package arrived when they said it would. Nothing was missing, nothing was crushed, which feels like a small miracle these days. I needed them before the weekend, so it was nice not having to chase anything down for once.
